Cleaning machine is widely used in modern flour mills for cleaning and grading of coarse flour and intermediate materials. It is suitable for the production of coarse flour in hard flour mill.

Purifier Working principle:

Materials are evenly distributed on the screen surface through feeding gate, and screen frame is divided into three layers. When the materials are screened, the air flow blows up the particles with the lightest specific gravity from the bottom up, then taken away by air flow through ventilation hood. Lighter materials are discharged out through port on the screen, and clean powder particles would pass through screen holes. The materials under the screen are accumulated in the conveying tank based on quality requirements.

Purifier Features:

• Machine is driven by vibration motor, combined with wind blowing and screening for ideal classification effect. With more competitive screening rate and ash reduction rate compared with other equipment.
• The screen surface is cleaned by brush to prevent screen blockage and ensure screening effect.
• Each supporting point of equipment adopts rubber spring or rubber bearing for less maintenance. Thus equipment can work stably with characters of high durability, shock absorption and noise free.
• The suction capacity of each chamber can be adjusted through total air volume and air chamber.
